The Compensation and Benefits Executive manages and develops strategies for compensation and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Key responsibilities include:
- Compensation Strategy: Develop salary structures, conduct market analysis, and design performance-based compensation plans.
- Benefits Program: Administer employee benefits (health, retirement, wellness), ensure legal compliance, and manage benefit communication.
- Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Analyze data for effectiveness, conduct cost analysis, and ensure pay equity.
- Employee Communication: Create communication strategies to inform employees about compensation and benefits, and provide support.
- Program Implementation: Roll out new programs, monitor and optimize existing ones for improved employee engagement.
- Internal Collaboration: Align strategies with HR, finance, and leadership to meet organizational goals.
- Compliance & Risk: Stay updated on laws, manage audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track program effectiveness using employee satisfaction and retention metrics, and report findings to senior management.
- Global/Regional Alignment: Ensure strategies align with global or regional corporate goals while adapting to local market needs.
The role ensures that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have a Degree, preferably with a 3.00 CGPA and above, in relevant and or other fields (HR, Legal, Business Management, relevant)
- Experience in HR , specifically C&B roles, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
- Must have own transportation, this role requires travelling between 2 offices on a weekly basis.
